Shopping in Bali: Responsibilities

Our Responsibility…

• To make bringing goods back from Bali as easily as possible
• To impart our knowledge of importing to help make your buying as successful as possible
• To take the hassle out of importing
• To deliver your goods in the best condition possible in the most cost effective way

What we don’t take responsibility for…

• The lack of quality. If you are concerned get Bagus to check your goods before they are collected
• Splitting, warping and shrinkage of timber. Ask whether the timber has been kiln dried or only buy recycled timbers.
• Although insurance is paid on the entire container (in case it falls off the ship). If something is slightly damaged or is of low value it is not worth making a claim but IndoStyle is not liable if something is damaged or lost in transit. If you are concerned please make you own insurance arrangements.

What is your responsibility?

• If you require a tour guide let us know within 2 weeks of departure
• Payment of our tour guide, Bagus
• Payment of the supplier or manufacturer
• Payment for the shipping when your goods arrive in Australia
