Once you have arranged your trip,
just let us know and we can advise you on what to buy want not to
buy, what you can import and what you can not import, and how to get
the best products at the best price. |
| 2 |
A
few weeks before you go you can contact our tour guide (Bagus),
and arrange a day and time for him to take you shopping and the
sorts of things you want to buy. Bagus will arrange to collect you
from your hotel and take you to the areas where these suppliers
can be found. You can also shop on your own, then contact our Bagus
who will pick up the goods, but he will need to copy your invoices.
Please retain your original invoice. |
| 3 |
If you are concerned about how
much space your orders will take, just ask the shop owner/manufacturer
but we will confirm the exact amount at time of packing. Please pay
for your purchases and Bagus but the freight costs are paid in Australia. |
| 4 |
Please make sure that all details
are on the invoice and if you have special requirements make sure
that they are written on the invoice and that Bagus understands your
requirements. You can also pay Bagus to do any quality control if
you are concerned. |
| 5 |
Bagus will then arrange to have
your purchases picked up and ensure that the goods are correct, as
per the invoice. |
| 6 |
The goods will then be professionally
rapped in corrugated cardboard, boxes or crates and packed into the
container. |
| 7 |
The container is then fumigated
to the standards set by Australian Quarantine. |
| 8 |
Once the container is full, it
travels from Bali to the shipping port of Surabaya in Java, from there
it goes to Singapore, then to Fremantle and onto Sydney. |
| 9 |
Once cleared by Australian and
Customs and Quarantine it is freighted to IndoStyle’s storage area's
at West Gosford, NSW. |
| 10 |
50% of your freight costs is due
once the container is packed and on it’s way. |
| 11 |
IndoStyle will contact you once
we know when the shipment is to arrive. |
| 12 |
Once your stock arrives, you can
come in and pick it up. At this time the remaining fee for shipping
is due and the goods can not be released until this is rendered. |
